How to find reporting requests
- When an organization requests data from you, it will show up on your Atlas account under Network > Outbound. If not, please verify that you have selected the right reporting period.
- If you have several requests, you will see a list of these organizations. Click on any to see which specific data points they need.
- If you don't see reporting requests, please ensure you have selected the correct reporting period.
ℹ️ These requests will also be visible in your account's disclosures and tasks sections, marked with an icon to indicate they relate to external requests.
How to share data to complete reporting requests
🛡️ Your account's data remains private until you choose to share it through your network. Be aware that once data is shared, this action cannot be reversed.
1) On the left sidebar, click Network > Outbound.
2) Click on the organization that sent you the request you want to complete.
3) Choose the disclosures you want to share. You can select all completed disclosures at once by checking the "Requested data" box at the top of the list.
4) Click the "Publish" button appearing at the bottom of your screen
You can track the progress of your data sharing via the progress bar displayed next to the requesting organization's name.
ℹ️ You can only publish data for one request at a time. This is to prevent accidental data sharing. If you have multiple requests, you'll need to repeat this process for each one listed in your outbound tab to fulfil all the requests.
